Respond with clarity when pressure puts your confidence to the test
Communication, clarity and self-control under pressure

Pressure does not always create the problem. It often reveals it.
In those situations, you may:
Put off a conversation.
React impulsively.
Overexplain.
Become too forceful.
Lose confidence.
Try to control everything.
Replay what happened for hours.
Avoid an important presentation.
Make decisions from a fear of being wrong.
The problem is not always a lack of knowledge. Often, there is a gap between what you know and how you respond when the pressure rises.
You may have experience, knowledge and a solid professional track record.
The difficulty appears when the moment comes to respond.
When you need to correct someone. When someone challenges you. When you have to communicate a difficult decision. When a question disrupts your script. When you receive bad news. When you know what you should say but cannot express it with the clarity the situation requires.
Understanding is not enough when it is time to act.
The RESPONDE Method trains the way you think, communicate and act in situations where pressure reduces your clarity, confidence or self-control.
We do not work with general theory. We start with a conversation, presentation, decision, conflict or real situation that you need to address.
1. Situation.
We select the specific scenario that is affecting your performance, communication or decision-making ability.
2. Pattern.
We identify what you do when the pressure rises: avoid, react, freeze, become too forceful, seek approval or try to control everything.
3. Clarity.
We organise the facts, the objective, the boundaries, the risks and the outcome you need to achieve.
4. Response.
We define what to say, how to say it, what to ask, which boundary to establish and how to act when faced with an unexpected response.
5. Practice.
We train for the situation through simulation, repetition, review and correction.
6. Transfer.
We apply the response in the real environment and turn what you have learned into a tool you can use again.

4 applications for 4 different needs.
RESPONDE Leadership.
Communication, decision-making and self-control for business owners, CEOs, managers, directors and leaders with decision-making responsibility.
It addresses difficult conversations, conflict, impulsive reactions, communicating decisions, delegation, boundaries, authority, decision-making and difficulty switching off.
Intended outcome: lead conversations, decisions and teams with greater clarity, authority and control when the pressure rises.
RESPONDE Woman.
RESPONDE Woman is a one-on-one program for women who have spent too long doubting themselves, seeking approval, putting off decisions, or feeling that they have lost their motivation.
We’ll work through specific situations to help you identify what is holding you back, express what you need, and move forward with greater confidence.

An executive, a professional who needs to perform in high-visibility situations and a team operating under pressure do not face the same problem. The RESPONDE Method is therefore applied through three specific programmes.
RESPONDE Professional
Professional presence, communication and confidence for senior professionals, consultants, lawyers, salespeople, spokespeople, entrepreneurs, technical specialists and people who have recently been promoted.
It addresses presentations, interviews, negotiations, important meetings, difficult questions, mental blocks, fear of judgement, dependence on a script and difficulty defending a position.
Intended outcome: turn knowledge and experience into clearer, more confident and more persuasive communication.

RESPONDE Team.
Communication and response under pressure for leadership teams, middle managers, sales teams, project leaders and professionals who need to coordinate and make decisions.
It addresses avoided feedback, unresolved conflict, ambiguous communication, defensive reactions, lack of assertiveness, issues that surface too late and meetings that end without decisions.
Intended outcome: improve how the team communicates, disagrees, decides and responds in demanding situations.

When you know what you should do, but something changes when the moment arrives
You have a conversation you keep postponing.
You need to correct someone, set a boundary, communicate a decision or address a conflict, but you continue to put it off.
You lose confidence when all eyes are on you.
You know your subject, but a presentation, meeting or unexpected question changes your voice, pace or the clarity of your message.
You react in a way you later regret.
Bad news, criticism or disagreement triggers a response that you wish you had handled differently.
You struggle to maintain your authority.
You alternate between softening the message too much and becoming overly forceful to avoid losing control.
You cannot switch off.
The situation ends, but you continue to replay what happened, anticipate consequences or search for a better response.
The team does not communicate clearly.
Problems surface too late, expectations are misunderstood or meetings end without clear decisions.
What changes during the process.
The work is designed to help you:
· Recognise what triggers certain responses.
· Separate facts, emotions and interpretations.
· Prepare for important conversations.
· Communicate expectations precisely.
· Defend a decision without overreacting.
· Respond to difficult questions.
· Maintain authority without resorting to harshness.
· Manage uncertainty more effectively.
· Repair the damage caused by a poor reaction.
· Make decisions with greater clarity.
· Apply the tools without becoming permanently dependent on support.
No automatic transformation is promised. The process develops specific capabilities that can be practised, observed and transferred to real situations.

Experience in communication, behaviour and change processes
I am Inmaculada Méndez Sánchez.
My work is based on a reality I have observed in individuals, professionals and organisations: having ability does not guarantee that you will respond effectively when pressure, conflict or exposure arise.
Throughout my career, I have lived and worked in Madrid, New York and Berlin. These experiences broadened my understanding of communication, relationships and the different ways people respond to change and difficult situations.
I hold a degree in Translation from the University of Alcalá de Henares. I am also an expert in Communication and New Technologies from ESIC, an expert in Coaching Psychology from UNED and a graduate of Programa10 at Pyrsel Consultores.
My approach combines:
· Communication.
· Behavioural observation.
· Coaching.
· Situation preparation.
· Practice.
· Review.
· Application in real contexts.
I do not work to tell you who you should be. I help you identify what is getting in the way and develop a clearer, more deliberate and more effective response.
Direct, practical support tailored to each situation
We start with the facts.
We analyse what is happening, the consequences it is producing and what you need to resolve.
We work with real situations.
Conversations, decisions, conflicts, presentations, meetings and specific professional scenarios.
We practise.
We do not limit the work to discussing the problem. We prepare responses, simulate situations and review alternatives.
We apply.
The work is transferred to the professional or personal context in which the change needs to occur.
We review.
We analyse what worked, what created difficulty and what needs to be adjusted.
We build autonomy.
The objective is to equip you with tools you can use again without becoming permanently dependent on me.
