A proprietary applied training method.
A structured way to prepare, practise and handle high-pressure situations
The RESPONDE Method helps identify what happens when a person loses clarity, confidence or control and trains a response that they can use independently in real situations.
Experience and knowledge can become inaccessible when conflict, exposure, uncertainty or fear of another person's reaction arise.
At that point, automatic responses appear: avoiding, reacting, becoming too forceful, overexplaining, seeking approval or trying to control everything.
The method enables you to observe those responses, organise the situation and train a more useful alternative.
Knowing what to do does not guarantee that you can do it under pressure

The six stages.
1. Situation.
We select a conversation, presentation, decision, conflict, negotiation, boundary or situation that is affecting performance or communication.
2. Pattern.
We identify what the person currently does when pressure appears and the consequences that behaviour creates.
3. Clarity.
We organise the facts, the objective, the boundaries, the risks, the priorities and the outcome that needs to be achieved.
4. Response.
We design what to say, how to say it, what to ask, where to establish the boundary and how to respond to an unexpected reaction.
5. Practice.
The situation is trained through simulation, repetition, review and correction.
6. Transfer.
The response is applied in the real environment, the outcome is reviewed and the learning is converted into a reusable tool.

What makes this approach different
· It starts with active situations, not general theory.
· It analyses observable behaviours, not personal labels.
· It combines preparation, practice and real-world application.
· It defines a starting principle, a process and a clear close.
· It is designed to increase the client's autonomy.
· It does not replace clinical processes or healthcare.
Applications

RESPONDE Professional.
For professionals who need to communicate with confidence, defend their value and respond effectively in high-visibility situations.
RESPONDE Teams.
For organisations that need to improve how their managers and teams communicate, disagree, decide and coordinate.
The method begins with a specific situation
Describe the conversation, decision, conflict or intervention you need to prepare. From there, we can assess which format is the best fit.
